Re: Hikers suffering heat illness along Pacific Crest Trail rescued from Deep Creek area

I was there on Saturday and hiked out about 2. Saw the helicopter fly in while hiking out. Saw the firetruck arrive at the ranch at the same time I was leaving. While driving on the dirt road the ambulance almost ran me off the road! It was 95 at the ranch parking lot when I first got back to my car. The springs was cool, mostly young and in swimsuits, and I may have been the only nude. Passed another free hiker on my way out so I had a replacement nude person to relive my duty to keep nudity alive at the springs.
