My friends car is stuck on Bowen Ranch rd, seeking help.

Hello, my friend and I blew a shock in his car on our way to the springs on 1-28-15. It is a black Mitsubishi lancer, has anyone seen it? The car is about a mile before the ranch on Bowen Ranch rd. It is not in driving condition. AAA won't go down there so we are seeking someone willing to give us a two wheel trailer tow or something into town or at least to the nearest paved road in exchange for money.
