My girlfriend and I did go for a swim after midnight though in a salt pool outside at an undisclosed location in Quebec where we are staying. The air temperature was -16C (about 3F) but with the wind chill -15F. I took a picture of the pool as nobody else was around. Salt water feels very nice, is easy on the skin and you float without too much effort. The water temperature as not overly hot, but very warm and comfortable. Getting in was awesome. Getting out was ... a shock to your body.
