Some counties are now building a data base of tagging and recording locations of tags as signatures. Taggers when apprehended are now being charged with multiple offenses based upon thier 'signature" and being held responsible for restitution and cleanup.
These vandals often tag their nicknames and hometown neighborhoods and this is now being used to track them. aint computers wonderful?
