The sadness of alcoholism in action was observed by this forum regular. I can only hope that my friend Michelle finds others who have recovery in their lives. I miss her feeding all of the village strays (me included) her infamous BBQ chicken. I was not her landlord however and my experience with the wild bunch of years gone by taught me a few lessons. I am grateful today and every day is a gift. Many of my old friends have died from the disease of drug and alcoholism. I'm lucky to have survived.
The "OK Corral" incident has been way overblown in this readers opinion. What started as a discussion about trespass became heated and all parties involved agreeded to disagree. No crimes were comitted and no arrests were made. That was the end of that. Why Katrina is trying to make something out of an isolated incident that happened over a year ago is something only she can answer.
